Posts are: Full Time 37hrs week TTO 39 + 1 week
(Actual salary to be pro rata in line with working weeks)

Kirk Balk Academy is an 11-16 school located in Barnsley. The academy is part of Northern Education Trust.

We wish to appoint a PLC Manager to join our existing Inclusion team. Working as part of the personalised learning support team, you will promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students. You will manage the PLC and provide appropriate and personalised timetables for individual students and groups.
Working closely with the Vice Principal Deep Support, Associate Assistant Principal, Bridge Manager and Learning Managers, you will liaise with external agencies to find appropriate pathways to ensure the vulnerable students are provided with the best possible education. You will identify cohorts of students for alternative Curriculum by liaising with the relevant Learning Managers. You will also deliver alternative courses to cohorts of students to provide them with relevant qualifications.
